DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We are committed to resolving any problems that our clients experience with product delivery. If you have any questions or issues regarding the delivery of your products, please contact us on (08) 83230131.
Neat Spirits will not be obliged to accept any return or make any refunds to you in respect of spirits that you have changed your mind about purchasing. As a consumer, you have certain rights under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to returns and refunds of goods that you purchase that are not of acceptable quality. In the event that wine you have purchased appears not to be of acceptable quality, please provide Neat Spirits with written notice as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org.
SALE OF ALCOHOL
It is illegal to sell alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. By entering into a sale to purchase our spirits, you are certifying that you are 18 years of age or older.
Neat Spirits holds a Producers Licence under the South Australian Liquor Licensing Act 1997. Neat Spirits is required to ensure an audit trail exists to identify the purchase and sale or supply of liquor, and no liquor is to be sold or supplied to any person under 18 years of age.

Currently Neat Spirits uses Couriers Please to deliver to all states and territories.
WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
Neat Spirits can deliver to (almost) anywhere in Australia. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to the area that you live in, please contact us on (08) 8323 0131.
Please provide a Business Delivery Address, if it is possible. Your purchases can then be delivered during normal business hours and signed for upon receipt.
Alternatively, during the checkout process you can elect to have your wine left at the delivery address in a specific location i.e. under the verandah, behind the side gate, etc. if no one is home.
Delivery can take up to 14 working days, but this time frame can be shorter depending on the overall pressure on the delivery network at that particular time and your distance from major centres.
If there is a fault with any spirits from Neat Spirits, replacement will be made with currently available stock. Please contact (08) 8323 0131 to notify of any faulty product. Refunds will not be provided unless by mutual agreement.
Risk and Title in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the nominated address.
SECURE ONLINE PAYMENTS
Neat Spirits uses Commonwealth Bank Australia (CBA) to process your credit card payment. Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Neat Spirits or any outside party. We never permanently store complete credit card details on site.
All prices quoted on this site are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations, GST and other government charges and current stocks remaining unsold.
If your order includes a product that is not available, we will contact you and provide suggestions on another product as near as possible in style, quality and price.
