Neat Spirits is a boutique gin distillery and small cellar door in the heart of McLaren Vale.

The inspiration for our small-batch gins is all around us. Juicy lemons hanging lazily from the tree near our cottage. Plump mulberries from a friend’s Kangarilla vineyard and a local mulberry farm. Ruby red grapefruit and blood oranges from a heritage orchard in McLaren Vale. Botanicals that grow wild around the chook house. Herbs fresh from our veggie patch and from local suppliers.

The result is a range of hand-crafted gins that burst with fresh, vibrant flavours, aromas and taste – right down to the last exquisite mouthful.
