Welcome to Neat Spirits, the ultimate destination for gin lovers in McLaren Vale. We are a small-batch gin distillery that crafts unique and unforgettable gins and vodkas using locally-sourced botanicals.

Our Neat Signature Gin is a must-try, made with the ‘hero botanicals’ of juniper, lemon peel, angelica and coriander – with some secret Fleurieu herbs and botanicals added to create a dry, savoury gin that will tantalise your taste buds.

For a citrus explosion, try our Neat Sunshine Citrus Gin, featuring ruby red grapefruit, blood orange, lemon, lime, yuzu and mandarin. If you have a sweet tooth, then our Neat Berry Bliss Gin, with a blend of raspberry, strawberry, blueberry and blackberry is a perfect choice. And if you’re feeling adventurous, our Neat Mulberry Gin – made with one-third locally-sourced fresh mulberries poached in a light sugar syrup and then melded with our Signature Gin – is a truly unique niche gin.

We are open every weekend and have a wonderful shaded lawn area that is perfect to relax with friends or family.

Enjoy one of our famous Neat Cocktails – our Appeltini Crumble melds green apple schnapps with caramel vodka and apple juice. Just like grandma’s apple pie! Or try our new Neat Gin Mojito – Neat’s Sunshine Citrus Gin topped with lime, lemon, mint and soda.

Neat Spirits is co-located with Foggo Wines on Foggo Road, McLaren Vale. We are part of the emerging ‘Foggo Footsteps’ – a collective of fabulous small wineries and cellar doors located just steps from each other on Foggo Road.

Gather your friends and Uber to Foggo Road. Start your day with a sneaky gin or cocktail at Neat Sprits, and then enjoy a wine flight or fortified flight at Foggo Wines.

Now that you have a nice glow, and a skip in your step, make your way down Foggo Road, sipping and tasting some fabulous wines as you go at H&L, Haselgrove and The Confessional.

Each winery has a range of pizzas, platters and other tasty bites to enjoy, or make your way to Pizzatecca (a five-minute walk from Neat Spirits) for a late lunch.
